Special grind for transparent cuts in Plexiglas
The special WALTER precision saw blades with special grind enable excellent cut quality when cutting Plexiglas and aluminium profiles.
This eliminates deburring or subsequent edge finishing. Typical applications are table saws, sliding table saws and panel sizing saws.
The profitability factor is very high, because on one hand, the saw blades are distinguished by reduced material waste due to thinner kerfs, and on the other, due to long service life and thus lower tooling and set up costs.
