We process about 50% of our precision saw bodies into carbide-tipped saw blades. This amounts to about 10 million carbide teeth each year.

We ensure the high quality of our cutting tools through the use of highly modern grinding machines and the combination of diamond grinding discs   developed according to our specifications and fully synthetic grinding oil.
Grinding station
 
Spot-checking doesn't cut it for us – we prefer to take a look at each and  every product. This final inspection of 100% of the series is the guarantee for our unwaveringly high quality.
Manual straightening
 
If you’re not moving forwards, you’re moving backwards. Which is why we are continuously developing optimised tooth shapes and cutting geometries.  Our goal: Increased operating comfort through reduced noise and vibration.  Modern electronic measuring devices aid us in our work.
